Selling your car - selling on your behalf or getting you a guaranteed 'part ex' price

It’s great to get a new car, but what do you do with your old one?  These days it does seem very hard to get a fair price for your car when it’s time to make a change.  We can offer two potential solutions that may get you a better return for your car.  The good news is that in either case we can simply swap your old car for your new one as soon as it's ready for collection or delivery.

1. If your car is less than 15 years old, for most cars we can arrange purchase of your car for a ‘guaranteed price’ from a national auction house.  Unlike other organisations that will promise to buy any car but then drive down a promised price on inspection, this company do genuinely aim to pay the price that they’ve guaranteed provided the description you’ve given is accurate.  The prices aren’t fantastic, but are usually similar to or better than those you’ll ultimately get elsewhere without initially being misled.  We charge a £99 admin fee for arranging this service on your behalf, but there is no cost incurred to see what they are offering.  Please call us if you’d like to know more or to get a valuation.
2. We can sell your car for you through our sister company, taking care of preparation and advertising.  There are a number of price packages available: £299 (sale only), £399 (sale with trade rate preparation provided) to £499 (sale with trade rate preparation provided and paid for until point of sale).  Choosing the package which best fits your circumstances means that you can potentially get far more money for your car, but you won’t receive that money until the car is sold and we can make no guarantees about how long a sale may take.  Please call us if you’d like to discuss this option.
